Voice Ledgers is an analytical service that studies publicly available language (including, but not limited to, online reviews) to produce insight reports, benchmarks, and interpretive analysis.
Voice Ledgers does not provide legal, financial, HR, or operational advice. All outputs are informational and interpretive in nature.
2. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to:
• Business clients (B2B)
• Individual users (B2C), where applicable
By accessing or using Voice Ledgers, you agree to these Terms.
3. Services
Services may include:
• Written reports (PDF or digital)
• Benchmarks and comparative analysis
• Ongoing subscription insights
• Experimental or pilot features
Service formats, frequency, and scope may change over time.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation
• Pricing is displayed on the website or agreed separately.
• Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.
5. Use of Outputs
Clients may:
• Use reports internally
• Share excerpts with staff or stakeholders
Clients may not:
• Resell reports
• Republish outputs as their own work
• Use outputs to harass, manipulate, or misrepresent individuals or groups
• Train AI models on Voice Ledgers outputs without written consent
The methodology, structure, and framing of Voice Ledgers remain the intellectual property of Voice Ledgers.
6. Data Sources
Voice Ledgers analyses publicly available content. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and respect original platforms’ terms.
We do not verify the factual accuracy of third-party reviews.
7. Limitation of Liability
Voice Ledgers is provided “as is”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Voice Ledgers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on insights are the responsibility of the user
8. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if use creates legal, ethical, or reputational risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
